Adrian is the Founder of Downtown Locating. Providing assistance to clients both leasing and in home sales. Adrian’s background encompasses marketing, technology, along with years of real estate.
Originally working for one of Austin’s top real estate firms, Adrian transitioned into director of marketing for a boutique real estate brokerage while still assisting clients with real estate transactions.
Soon after Adrian joined a mobile app startup where he helped lead the company to national exposure and helped garner the most downloads in the company’s history.
After realizing his true passion remained in real estate, Adrian soon found himself at a real estate brokerage where he could continue to focus on his growing business and had the opportunity to join one of Austin’s top start ups that focused on real estate software. There he was able to consult with hundreds of real estate professionals from the across the country about their marketing and technology to help their business grow.
Alas, finding his place in the world, the stars aligned so that Adrian could finally launch his own real estate firm and focus on the industry he is most passionate about.
Downtown Locating’s goal is to disrupt the apartment locating industry by providing better branding, better technology, and better service.
